Joe is amazing! Sent him a preferred area of an investment property that I wanted and eventually one popped up. He sent me the listing around 5pm and had me in there to see it at 7pm. At 7:30 the same day Joe was working to put my offer in and contacting the listing agent. Had my offer accepted at around 1pm the next day! Joseph and I collaborated with mutual buyers. I as the lender, him as the agent. Within a weekend Joseph had my buyers under contract. I've known Martin since I was a kid and I can tell you he's someone I could always trust and count on to be there for anything. He grew up in Metro Detroit so he knows the area well. Martin is an excellent people person and deal maker. He's very easy to talk to and have a conversation. He sold my condo for me back in 2020 and I have no complaints.
