Joe is amazing! Sent him a preferred area of an investment property that I wanted and eventually one popped up. He sent me the listing around 5pm and had me in there to see it at 7pm. At 7:30 the same day Joe was working to put my offer in and contacting the listing agent. Had my offer accepted at around 1pm the next day! I've known Martin since I was a kid and I can tell you he's someone I could always trust and count on to be there for anything. He grew up in Metro Detroit so he knows the area well.
