Tim has 25+ years of sales and marketing experience with the innate ability to be successful, relevant and very profitable in several industries. His path to retirement began in Summer of 2020 upon passing the State of Michigan-Real Estate Exam. After closing nearly $8,000,000 during the first 2 years as a Realtor, Tim has now made the rewarding decision to pair-up with Showtime Realty for assisting clients with all aspects of real estate. The driving force these days behind his brand – Block Realty Solutions, Inc. is specialized marketing to ensure every Seller receives over-the-top exposure when listing their home for sale and each Buyer is rewarded by having an agent who will “Work Harder and Smarter For You”. As a proudly married man, there are not many days that will go by without Tim sharing a few stories of his two beautiful elementary school daughters. Known as “Lunch Dad” for his volunteer work, Tim will be the first to buy you one of your favorite beverages and provide a few laughs.
